Respect for the animals
We are committed to informing you transparently. We select only high-quality meat, always respecting animal welfare, which is one of our concerns. The animals must have sufficient time to reach natural maturity. In this way, we can offer you a tastier, high nutritional value, and also more environmentally friendly meat.
Our meat comes from controlled farms that respect animals and their welfare and are transparent about their living and slaughter conditions. Most are of Luxembourg origin, local, and with respect for the consumer and the animal. In this way, we promote the Luxembourgish short circuit in the best way possible, to avoid any unnecessary stress on the animals, so as not to alter the quality and taste of the meat.
We also apply the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) method, a reference in the food industry. It's not just a question of microbiological analyses, since food safety is also based on continuous control of cleaning and disinfection, periodic safety tests, temperature control of refrigerators, and maintenance of the different facilities. The traceability of our fresh meat is guaranteed through very regular tests and checks that are certified and following the safety and hygiene standards in Luxembourg.
