As part of its expansion, CASA DO BRILL is hiring a Cook/Catering Responsible (M/F) on CDI-contract for a full-time job with availability in North of Luxembourg!
The profile we are looking for:
- polyvalent cook/caterer M/F;
- passioned by typical Portuguese cuisine;
- ideally with a first experience in traditional cook or similar occupations;
- mastery of cooking/butchery/sales/roasted pig production;
- fluency in Portuguese and French is mandatory. Any other language is an asset;
- be flexible, versatile, dynamic and applied.
Main missions:
- sales assistance;
- know how to prepare a menu and prepare orders (food cuts, meat cuts,...);
- preparation of all dishes/catering products (preparation of products, setting up, cooking, respect of timings,...);
- ensure the good presentation of the products (shelf setting, price display,...);
- use standard kitchen equipment (knives, slicer,...) in an efficient and safe manner;
- clean the work plan in accordance with good safety and hygiene practices;
- ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food production in accordance with local regulations.
