As part of its expansion, CASA DO BRILL is hiring a Product Manager (M/F) on CDI-contract for a full-time job based in Luxembourg!
Skills and qualifications required:
- have at least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/web/IT, photography/design, business management or another related discipline;
- you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the food sector;
- fluent in Portuguese language and another language (English/French, ...);
- flexible and ready to travel within Europe;
- good writing skills and proficiency in MS Office office tools and social networks;
- good knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS such as Drupal is considered a real advantage;
- experience in project management is also a strong asset;
- proactive, argumentative, entrepreneurial and innovative;
- ease and rapidity of adaptation in work;
- be multidisciplinary and able to work independently;
- have a curious and creative mind, you know how to imagine and propose new solutions.
Main roles and missions:
- analysis of consumer needs and market opportunities: competitive and technological comparison, benchmark;
- strategic vision: research and proposal of new national and international markets and products (Portugal, France, Italy, ...);
- negotiation and contact with local producers and suppliers;
- the preparation of specifications, subscription documents, general conditions;
- contribute to product strategy: presentation, pricing, placement, advertising;
- maintain the portfolio of existing products and update their specificities as appropriate: registration, regular monitoring, optimisation, categorisation, referral techniques;
- work closely with marketing and sales leaders;
- participation in the development of marketing, traditional and digital, campaigns and effective communication within the company;
- participate in the drafting of the product presentation materials;
- act as a role model in all your internal and external relationships to promote a culture of customer focus;
- supervise and evaluate product reporting.
